Mailed baby shower gift etiquette question

A friend of mine gifted me something off of my Target registry but we have not received it yet.  My friend gave me a card at my shower letting me know what she got me and it's checked off of the registry as purchased.  Do I ask her whether she received a delivery confirmation?  Is that an etiquette no no?  Do I call the Target directly (not sure they'll even tell me)?  The shower was 2 weeks ago and I'm wondering if it's lost, slow due to holidays, or stolen.

    I would ask my friend because it might be lost. Target is the WORST about that stuff.

    Do you have experience with Target's stuff getting lost in transit?  What did they do about it?

    I would probably call Target first and then if they are terrible mention it to your friend. I always feel weird about asking for gifts but that is just me personally. I don't think its wrong either way!

    I'd ask, in fact I did. My friend bought my pack n play n we haven't received it yet so I asked her if she got a confirmation about it and she said she's gonna call n look into it.

    Thanks!  I ended up calling Target & they told me it was mailed to my friend's address. . .not sure if that was intentional or not.  I asked my friend about it too and she confirmed what Target told me so that's that.
