Total Newbie + A Bit Overwhelmed!

Hi there, total newbie here. Husband and I (married since March 2013) have just started trying to get pregnant. Babies on the brain for both of us, big time. Looks like I have some work to do creating a "siggy" and getting up to speed on all the other lingo! Outside of the newbie suggestion posts that are already out there, anyone have an first "must-dos" for a newbie who has just started TTC? Thanks in advance and hoping to make some friends...
