This will probably make other moms 2 be angry at me

for that I apologize....I'm 23 weeks and I'm constantly hungry....I eat and within half hr to and hr I'm starving like I haven't ate all day...makes things worse even though I eat constantly I'm not gaining weight. With my other 2 pregnancy I.gained weight with the firstand lost over 50lbs with the 2nd. However neither of them I was this hungry. I know all pregnancy are different but there's got to be something I can do...docs just tell me I'm fine.
Re: pregnant, hungry, weight loss
In fact, it could have grave growth concerns for baby. What has your doctor said? Since you have experience with weight loss during your previous pregnancies, what had the recommendation been before?
The constant hunger can be very difficult to deal with. Are you getting sick? Focus on proteins & good fats. Avocados, bone broth, full fat cheeses & good, fatty meats. The protein can get you further in the hunger department.
Also, are you properly hydrated? Often dehydration can present as extreme hunger. Take your current weight, divide by two & that's how many ounces (minimum) you should be consuming of pure water. Staying hydrated can really help.
