20wks bleeding & lightheaded

I'm 20weeks and I've been on my feet for the past week haven't been getting enough rest, I started bleeding on and off for the past 3days,& very lightheaded. Anybody else experience this? First time mommy here. And I'm a diabetic

    i can only relate to the dizziness. Call your doc and please keep us updated! warm thoughts to ya, mama.

    Like everyone here has already said, why haven't you seen a doctor? Bleeding should always be checked out.

    Thanks you guys everything is fine me and my little one are good. I've been told I need to rest more and not be on my feet as much as I was.
