What do you use to help with nausea?

I am wondering what everyone uses to help them cope with their nausea. Mine hasn't been bad enough that I need meds. I use seaband, suck on hard sour candies or mints, may have a cup of hot peppermint tea, sleep, or place a pillow high up on my stomach (the pressure feels good), and I've tried drinking lemonade. Depends on the day what works best. Typically the seaband always helps at least! What do you do?

Some teas have helped, like peppermint tea. And also peppermint oil.

cgiles120812 what do you do with the peppermint oil? I used to put a drop on my tongue all the time before when I would feel sick, but since BFP I am nervous to do so.

I would do like 1-2 drops on a tissue and sniff it, I know that sounds weird but it helped me. I've done it on my tongue to, I try not to do it to much. I haven't talked to my doctor yet. But if you look online it shows you different places to put a drop of peppermint oil on your body. Like on your temples that would help with a headache. At least it did me. But i usually will try to drink tea for my nausea if I can.

I drink lemonade if I've eaten already, if not a glass of milk/chocolate milk helps until I eat.

Which ginger teas are safe? The herbal tea horror stories have me all freaked out and I can't seem to find a reliable source listing what is fine/should be avoided.

I haven't had any pregnancy related nausea yet, but I have it frequently because of having weight loss surgery 1.5 years ago. I SWEAR by these "Gin Gins" ginger candy. They are a lifesaver. I think they taste really good, some people have disagreed. This is a large quantity but I bought small boxes at World Market when I first discovered them. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B007FFG6X8/ref=mp_s_a_1_6?qid=1417215585&sr=8-6&pi=AC_SX110_SY165_QL70

    I eat.  Eating helps.
This.  I have to eat what seems like every 2 hours.  I have started eating a few crackers once I get up before a real breakfast. I munch on them if I'm not having a protein snack etc.
