I decided to wait till I had at least a bit more news ... We had the ER Tuesday afternoon. Unfortunately they were only able to retrieve one egg and it initially didn't look like good quality. They think it was either that I produced follicles w/o eggs or (more likely) didn't adequately respond to the meds/trigger and that the eggs were immature and not released. Yesterday the doc on call gave it a 50/50 chance that the egg would continue in the fertilization process and divide. Today it's looking better and still growing, albeit a bit slowly. No clue on grading yet. The initial thought was a possible day 3 transfer but now the plan is for a day 5 as long as it keeps growing. I should know more tomorrow. It's been a rough 48 hours and very very emotional. I know I haven't been the most active lately but I would so much appreciate any good thoughts! I hope you all had wonderful Thanksgivings and want to tell you all how much I appreciate all the love and support I've gotten from you all. Much love!!!!
Thank you all so much for your kind words, it really means so much. Just got the call - that little beanie is a true fighter. Still growing with a day 5 transfer scheduled for Sunday. Please stick little one!!!!
