I just weighed my son on our home scale then had him hold the baby (I hate the scale and try to avoid it). She is up to 13 pounds from 7.8 at birth. She's 6 weeks 3 days. That seems like a huge gain! Do you think that's normal?

LO had his 8wk appt this past week, though he was just 7 weeks at the time, and he had gained 5.5lbs since birth. He was born 6lbs 7oz. Kid's a lil chunk!

DS was 8lbs 7oz at birth, 8lbs 12oz four days later, 11lbs 2oz at one month, and now we think he's around 14lbs. He's 8w5d.

He left the hospital at 7lbs 9 oz after losing more than 10% of birth weight. The significant weight loss scared me and I guess I overcompensated accordingly because last Thursday he weighed 14lbs 12oz at 7w6d. The pedi didn't say, but I'm sure that puts him in the 100th percentile.

I wasn't sure how to answer since my twins are preemies, but: Birth at 32 weeks: 3 lbs 5oz & 4lbs 1 oz / Home from NICU at "38 weeks" : 6lbs 12oz & 7 lbs 10oz / 3 months actual (1 month adjusted): 10lbs 10oz & 12lbs even

Born at 8 lb 14 oz, at three weeks he was 10 lb 2 oz, and at one month he was 11 lb 2 oz. we don't go back until he is 2 months.

DD was 5 lbs, 14 oz at birth then at one month, she was 9 lbs, 1 oz at 6 weeks, 2 days, she was 10 lbs, 9 oz after a feed. She is EBF.

7 lb 13 oz at birth, lost weight in the hospital down to 7 lb 4 oz. At 7 weeks he was 12 lb 2 oz. I'm guessing he's closer to 13 lbs now.

Aubrey was 8lb7oz at birth, 8lb2oz at 3days old.. she was 10lb4oz at her one month check up.. she doesn't go back for another check up til 12/18

At 6 weeks, he has gained just over 3 lbs. He was born at 8 lbs. 14 ozs., left the hospital at 8 lbs. 2 ozs. He was last weighed at 12 lbs.

He will be 6 weeks Monday and I think he has gained 3-4 pounds. He had gained almost 2 pounds at our last pedi appt 2 weeks ago and he is definitely heavier now.

He was born at 6.10 and left the hospital at 6.3. At his last appointment at 6w5d he was 10.5 so he's gained 3lb 11oz since birth.

W was 2lbs 5oz at birth and is now 13lbs 8oz at just over 4 months old.

Born at 8lb 3oz then dropped to 7lb 11oz before leaving the hospital. She gained 3oz in the next 2 days but then lost it somehow 3 days later. It took 3 weeks and several weight checks to get her back to birth weight, at her lightest she was 7lb 10oz and still very healthy according to pedi.

She's gaining better now, 8lb 14oz at 1 month appointment. Did the at home scale thing the other day and she appears to be just over 10lbs at 7 weeks. Her 2 month appointment isn't for about 2 weeks so I'll know for sure where shes at then. She is EBF.

Mine was 7lbs 13oz at birth, and at 6 weeks exactly she was 11 pounds 5oz... ped said 85th percentile. She's almost 8 weeks old now and I don't know what she weighs, but she had a cold and I feel like her gain might have slowed down slightly.

LO was 8 lbs 1 oz at birth and 7 lb 12 oz when we left the hospital (she lost more at first but regained during the NICU stay).

She was up to 8 lb 4 oz at 2 weeks. At one month she was 9 lb 15 oz.

No idea what she is now, but my guess is closer to 11 lbs. We'll find out in two weeks at her 2 month appointment!

She was born 6lbs 12ozs and she's 11 weeks and about double her birth weight. Go baby go!

He was 7 lbs 12oz at birth, was down to 7lbs 5oz at a week. I think he.was 9lbs 6oz at a month, 10lbs 10oz last Sunday at 8 weeks. I'm guessing he'll be a little over 11 at his 2 month appointment.
