Do you have any appointments coming up this week? Yes, finally! First one is on Friday, I will be 7 weeks 6 days, although my doctor is going by my LMP and thinks I will be 8 weeks 3 days.
Symptoms? Not much for the past couple days. Had some nausea on Thanksgiving.
GTKY: What was your favorite childhood vacation? Do you plan on recreating this vacation with your own child/children?
We have a family tradition of going to Orlando every year for four days, usually falling around the 4th of July. It wasn't just my immediate family, all of my mom's siblings and their families usually come too. It's the highlight of the summer. We don't always go to a theme park but we always have fun. I can't wait for LO to experience it!

Symptoms? The usual: fatigue, nausea, vomiting, sore boobs, etc. I can't wait for second trimester!
GTKY: What was your favorite childhood vacation? Do you plan on recreating this vacation with your own child/children? I was obsessed with horses when I was a little girl, and one of my favorite books was Misty of Chincoteague. One summer, when I was about 10 years old, my family took a trip to Chincoteague Island for their annual pony penning, and we got to see the ponies swimming across the channel just like they did in the book! I'd love to take my kids there, but only if they're into horses as much as I was back in the day.

Symptoms? Still very nauseous all the time and generally feeling yucky
GTKY: What was your favorite childhood vacation? Do you plan on recreating this vacation with your own child/children? My favorite childhood vacation was going most summers to stay in a condo in Panama City Beach while visiting the beach, the movies, and getting ice cream. Simple beach fun. We will definitely be going to the Gulf Coast with our kiddos.

We used to go to North Conway, NH a lot as kids. We take DD up there every year, sometimes twice a year (Summer, Winter or Fall). We love it up there. So much to do in any season!

No appts until the 11th
Extreme thirst, sore boobs, and exhausted pretty much all day (but my two LO's are contributing to that)
Gatlinburg with my grandparents and cousins. We plan to take a vacation with my parents and brother each year:)

Symptoms? Rally tired today. Also the nausea seems to be kicking in. Tacos were not a good idea for lunch. A little cramping in the middle if the night but it's gone now.

I lived going to Santa's Village and Story Land. We stayed in these cabins that I thought were really cool. Would love to go back as a family! Great place to take Christmas card pictures for the next year.

First ultrasound on Tuesday!! So excited to see and nervous at the same time!
Hoping to get Rx of nausea medication as well as advice on migraines while at my appointment. Extreme fatigue as well- Thanksgiving was hard this year. Took everyone to put on that smile and pretend all was ok! Thankfully I was able to eat some of the meal.

Do you have any appointments coming up this week? I have an intake appointment with a nurse on Friday to get bloodwork, etc. done. A week and a half later I'll finally have my first appointment with my CNM.
Symptoms? Crazy sore boobs, and some (thankfully mostly) mild nausea now and then. Yesterday, however, I got sick after eating a piece of PIE. Ridiculous. Sleeping like crap still, but still feeling good most of the day.
GTKY: What was your favorite childhood vacation? Do you plan on recreating this vacation with your own child/children? I grew up on a ranch so we didn't take many vacations. In 6th grade we did go to Yellowstone/Grand Teton/Cody WY and it was a blast. Now I live in Montana and we visit Yellowstone yearly, but we definitely plan on continuing the national park road trip tradition.

Symptoms? Fatigue (my phone autocorrected to 'fat'. F you phone). My boobs hurt, congestion, and now apparently high blood pressure which is freaking me out.
GTKY: What was your favorite childhood vacation? Do you plan on recreating this vacation with your own child/children? I was very lucky to travel a lot as a kid but I would actually say camping is the one I look forward to recreating with our child. We used to go several times a summer. I got my husband in it it when we got married. I hope out kid likes it as much as we do!

Do you have any appointments coming up this week? Just a phone appointment with a nurse on Tuesday. Then have our actual appointment with hopefully an ultrasound on 12/15.
Symptoms? Nausea when I don't eat. Boobs are huge and hurt. Tired all of the time.
GTKY: What was your favorite childhood vacation? Do you plan on recreating this vacation with your own child/children? We didn't take very many vacations. I had a large family so it cost ALOT. But I loved doing anything as a family.

We didn't take many vacations. Now that I'm an adult I love to travel. We try to plan one yearly. I love San Diego and have made many special memories there.

Symptoms? Off and on nausea and headaches. Bloating and constipation. Super emotional.

We used to rent a house on the lake every year but had to stop eventually due to my moms job. H's family does the same thing still to this day on 4th of July week so I'm very excited to be able to do that with little baby every year. His family also takes a big family vacation every 3 years; a cruise, Disney, etc.

From the time I was 3 and all through middle school we always went to the beach...different beaches but always as a family. My hubby isn't a huge beach person but things may change when he has a LO to keep him busy..we will see.
