Symptoms: Sleeping is hard- that's the most annoying thing. I need my rest, haha.
Updates/Appts: Next one is Monday, I think I'll be there. No impending labor signs, really. (Some of) My in-laws arrived this week, and now my MIL nanny plans have fallen through. Really dreading telling my boss. I feel guilty.
GTKY: First and foremost: napping I only tried yesterday. I'm planning on throwing the turkey carcass into some broth with veggies for an easy soup this weekend.
Symptoms: Exhausted. Other than that, I'm healing really well all things considered. I even stopped taking painkillers this week!
AW/Appts/Updates etc: No big appointments for me until my 6 week pp and baby doesn't have one until her 2 month. As for updates, we're still working on this whole sleeping at nighttime thing. Blah.
GTKY: What are your post-Thanksgiving meal traditions? Or leftover recipes? Just relaxing with family. DH also watches football alllll day.
I don't think I've done one of these since like month 4.. But I'm bored and have nothing else to do
EDD/Birthdate: today (:
Symptoms: little bit crampy today, but nothing I can determine is a contraction, pee every 45 minutes, being punched in the hip bones constantly, and a lot of pressure.
AW/Appts/Updates etc: had my weekly appointment Wednesday. 1cm dilated and 80% effaced. Scheduled for an induction at 6am 12/2 (Tuesday) if I don't go into labor before then.
GTKY: What are your post-Thanksgiving meal traditions? Or leftover recipes? We don't have any ): me and FI are horrible at eating leftovers so we never take anything home but desserts lol I guess that's our tradition. Tons of leftover desserts
Symptoms: struggling to BF, lotssssss of bleeding and a crying newborn.
AW/Appts/Updates etc: Had my baby?
GTKY: What are your post-Thanksgiving meal traditions? Or leftover recipes? We always have homemade turkey soup afterwords - delicious. And leftovers are always turned into turkey sandwiches for lunch.
@CatLady22 my sleep deprived brain that as if your DS was getting married for the second time. That's kinda extreme for an infant!
Symptoms: Not sleeping. I've also become very irritated with people. I've been pretty happy go lucky these last nine months but please don't ask me if the baby is here. He's not.
AW/Appts/Updates etc: induction scheduled for Sunday night. My family has a history of going very late (my mom and her sister were both born at 44 weeks!!!!!!) Doctor clearly wants the show on the road before then. But still keeping my hopes up for something to happen before Sunday night.
GTKY: What are your post-Thanksgiving meal traditions? Or leftover recipes? Last night DH and I went to Ruth's Chris. Just the two of us in town so we had steak. I paired my leftover steak today with cool ranch Doritos... Classy!
Symptoms: Still a little sore, back of my hand is still bruised from the IV, and my back has decided lying down is evil. Which sucks since it makes resting and sleeping hard. I actually got adjusted twice at my last chiropractor visit and it helped a lot but it's still rough.
AW/Appts/Updates etc: I have my "2 week" on Monday with the midwifery center and Jackson has his 2 week on Wednesday. We've entered stinky poop stage and I still love getting to change his diapers! Although I'm SO READY for his umbilical cord to finish falling off so we can make the switch to cloth. Or at least try to!
GTKY: What are your post-Thanksgiving meal traditions? Or leftover recipes? A lot of them have fallen by the wayside between moving away from my family and my husbands poultry allergy. But turkey with stuffing sandwiches (with either gravy or cranberry sauce), turkey soup, and turkey pot pies were all big favorites growing up.
Symptoms: Bleeding seems to be close to done - finally. Totally sleep deprived. Anxiety is pretty high but I think half of that is from the sleep deprivation. Baby girl is getting big so fast!
AW/Appts/Updates etc: We both have our one month appointments this week.

AW/appts/updates: Circumcision and 3 week appointment on Wednesday. I'm not looking forward to him being in pain
GTKY: We had turkey enchiladas last night, but I'm not sure that's a tradition! Growing up, my mom always made turkey soup with the bones.
