XP: AW New Fur Baby!!!! **Update**

Everyone meet Ripley!! Thank y'all so much for your suggestions and help and love. She seems happy with her name! :D

Forgive me for such an AW, but we finally got a new fur baby after losing both of ours this past year. 
 She is a beautiful 8 month old Doberman. She is so stinking cute. H and I are over the moon in love with her. We have been going back and forth about when we would get new dogs since both of our old fur babies crossed the Rainbow Bridge. She is amazing and has settled in better than we thought!! She needs a new name as we are not a fan of the one she came with so suggestions and ideas are very appreciated!!

Without further ado, our new fur baby!!! (And yes, I am one of those who take to many pics!)

    Our Story

    Me- 35, mild hypothyroidism

    DH- 29, low count due to a chromosomal abnormality, only option is IVF/ICSI with PGD.

    Married 5/13

    TTC since 8/13

    IVF/ICSI #1 ER 9/14 - 14R, 6M, 6F, 5 blasts off to PGD- 1 normal female, 2 balanced males

    FET 12/8 of 2 frosties - 1 male/1 female - stick babies stick! 

    Beta #1 10dp5dt 444! Beta #2 14dp5dt 2,340!  U/S 1/5-- TWINS!!!  EDD 8/26/15

    What a pretty baby!!
    My dogs are named after movie characters and celebrities (in fact all of my animals are): Dolly (Dolly Parton) Scout (from To Kill A Mockingbird) and Padme [our bunny named after Padme from Star Wars. Dh only agree I could have a bunny if he got to name her] so maybe you could do something like that. :)GL picking out a name and congrats!
    Me: 25 Dh: 25 Married since July, 2011
    Diagnosed with PCOS 2010
    TTC since December, 2011 (SA is Normal)
    2012-tried natural w/Metformin 1500 mg
    11/12 -Saw an OB, bloodwork revealed everything normal except for highish blood sugar levels
    1/13: Clomid 50 mg - No response
    2/13: Clomid 100 mg O'd BFN
    3/13: Clomid 100 MG O'd BFN
    4/13-6/13: Clomid 150/200 mg O'd BFN 
    Stopped treatment because of money issues and began to try naturally again from June-October 2013
    Benched until November 2014 - Started seeing RE, discovered that lining was very thin
    November 2014: Started Femera 5 mg -No response BFN >:(
    December 2014: Upping Femera, injectables are the next step if I respond 
    Also: Changed RE, first appointment on Friday, so treatment is subject to change this month

    @megrae12 my aunt has had two dobbies named Lady and Bella. I always thought lady was a great name for a dobby, it just captures their regal side! Congrats on the the pup she's sooooo cute!! My DH and I are trying to decide if we should bring home this adorable puppy we found!!

    TTC since Jan 2013      Me=25   DH=26


     Me: PCOS; I do not ovulate on my own...like ever. All other tests came back good. 

    Hubby: SA came back in the normal range.


    Medicated Cycle #1: Letrozole 5mgs days 3-7, trigger when eggs are ready: total bust...u/s 12/23-lots of little follies. u/s 12/26 follies grew 1mm 1 in each ovary. u/s 12/28 no growth. OPKs for hopeful ovulation, if not progesterone on CD35 to induce next cycle w/5mg letrozole CD 3-7, add follistim CD 8. UPDATE: Positive OPK 1/1 and 1/2, very unexpected and unlikely that I'd ovulate this cycle! :)

    She is so beautiful!!  Congrats!! Dobermans always look so noble/regal.  I would possibly choose the name of some real or fictional royalty - but it's always best to find one that fits her personality.  A name may come to mind after a few more days with her.  We had chosen a name for our adopted pup based on her appearance, but after just a day or so we thought of one that suited her personality much better.
