My water broke on my due date 11/22, however it was such a small leak I wasn't aware that's what happened until yesterday, I decided to call the on call nurse and check with her if my suspicions were correct. It took her nearly 5 hours to call me back! Finally we decided to go ahead and head to the hospital anyway (I wasn't having time-able contractions at this point) when we got here they advised me that it was amniotic fluid and since it had already been 18hrs since I noticed the first signs they would start pitocin and antibiotics. It's so crazy we'll be meeting our sweet boy soon!!
