fever. when should I be worried?

hi guys! I'm 9 1/2 weeks and I have felt awful today. super achey, headache, stuffy nose, ear aches and overall exhausted. I took my temp 2 hours ago and it was normal. I just took it and I'm up to 100 degrees. when do I need to go to the Dr? with it being thanksgiving everywhere is closed but the er. what do you think? am I being crazy? or should I be worried?

@morganalyssa07 I second the Tylenol suggestion to start. This is basic stuff, but if you can't get in touch with a nurse today, for now be sure to rest, drink a lot of water, have someone make you chicken soup (or just broth) if possible. A cold compress on your forehead or under armpits may also help. Lukewarm shower if you have the energy to get up. I hope everything is okay and that you feel better soon.
