I use it. I've only had the app since maybe September and I've already earned at least $30 in rewards. I didn't link a card, I just get the walk in kicks and scan when I have time. Plus there are usually bonus kicks "hidden" in the editor's collections.
@DC2London - I do the same! I have the Shopkick GCs transferred onto my Starbucks card. Between Shopkick and Stabucks bonus stars, I haven't paid money OOP for coffee in the last two months!
@DC2London - yep! Especially the beer/wine products, but that's usually because of liquor licenses.
The products tend to be the same for a few weeks, so after the first time I'll know ("oh, Target doesn't carry this brand of cat food, but Meijer does" or "this shampoo is a featured product so I can find it on an end-cap.")
for some reason, I have a really hard time getting my walk-in kicks at Macy's. There is one very specific spot in each one where I have to stand to get it to work. Conversely, if I just walk past ON or AE I get walk-in kicks.
I have problems with Macy's too. The one I go to, there's a men's and children's store, and there's a women's store at the other end of the mall. The men's and children's is hit or miss whether or not it will give me the kicks, but the women's I usually just have to be right outside the store.

I also fund Starbucks with Shopkick.
