  I admit, I started this thread b/c I wanted to update about my Dr. appt today. I'll be 39 weeks tomorrow and I got checked today. I am 4 cm 80% effaced and I have a bulging bag! I'm so nervous!! LOL She stripped my membranes too, so fingers crossed I get a Thanksgiving or Black Friday baby!

  @candlequeen That's awesome that your body is so ready! It took me twelve hours of contractions to get to 4cm... FX for your Thanksgiving baby!!

  
  

  AFM, just trucking along. 24 weeks this weekend. Still feeling totally normal. Looking forward to gorging myself tomorrow. I just made two pies and I think I am going to eat one tonight...

  I'm 35 weeks now and really starting to get anxious. So much to do and were out of town until Sunday at The in laws. Plus SIL had her baby on Monday and had a pretty bad experience and it's making me even more anxious. Long story short-She made it to 9cm naturally, stalled, got the epi then pitocin, stayed at 9cm for 6 hours and ended with c section. Then spiked a fever and baby's been in the nicu for 2 days to get antibiotics as preventative measures. Ugh I just feel so bad for her and baby. Hoping they heal and get cleared soon and that things for me are much less eventful.
