UPDATE* AW: Follow Up U/S today, Extremly nervous

So this afternoon I have a follow up u/s to be sure this pregnancy is viable. The last u/s was too early to see a heartbeat. I am beyond nervous and slightly freaking out. T&P are welcome! I will update after appointment.

 *update* Just got back from the hospital we have strong heart beat of 170 and 1 little peanut! Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers!
