New here! Saying Hi and my story so far

Hey everyone!
I am 7 weeks 4 days pregnant and I found out at 3 weeks 3 days. First time mum and scared out of my mind! I don't know what to expect and time has been going so slow for me. I don't have any symptoms that are overly omg I'm just tried and smelling everything all the time. I had my first scan at 6 weeks 6 days and the heartbeat is strong at 156.55bpm.
I have no idea what to expect and my fiancé is being so helpful and supportive but I'm just worried about everything. Any advice (nothing scary please I easily freak) would be much appreciated!

  • Welcome!! Lurk around here, and you'll get lots of information. You should download the bump app and it'll tell you exactly what's happening with your baby each week, along with common symptoms, etc.

    Married since 3/15/08.
Pregnancy 1: BFP on 1/24/11 - Molly born on 10/6/11!
    Pregnancy 2: BFP on 11/5/14 - Baby #2 due on 7/17/15!
In between pregnancies, I've grown to love my "other" baby. The "carb baby", that's taken permanent residence in my belly, thanks to my overzealous love of bread, pasta and pastries. Hence my name. :)

  • I have the app and only just started using this community part haha but it's hard to just read a generalized thing when so many people have it differently
I have heaps of books and are reading them but they're never as good in my mind as talking to people
  • Welcome! Keep readin posts and read the books you have. Also don't be afraid to call your dr if you are concerned about something.

  • Welcome and congrats. Dont get overwhelmed with everything you read. Everyone and every pregnancy is different and there is a lot of false information out there. Your dr and on call nurse is your best bet for all your real question that is what they are there for and there is no such thing as a stupid question.

Like everyone else said, just relax and breath.  Listen to your body (eat if your hungry, sleep if your tired, etc) and remember google can be your friend and your enemy!
