How do you PIP these days?

Do you still have to put photos through Photobucket first and resize them? I have hardly ever posted a pic but I may want to actually do so when baby finally arrives. How? Thanks.

Gonna try to tell you..lol at the bottom of the discussion or reply box is the words attach a file in blue. It ask you to choose a file you can insert pic. Maybe someone can give you better instructions...lol
