So my little chunk still fits in her 3-6 month socks lengthwise, but the cuffs make marks on her ankles. Any links to socks which are, ahem, generously proportioned for the full-figured baby?
Socks are killing me! My LO has big feet and cankles. And he rubs his feet on everything so all his socks fall off. The other day he actually rubbed his feet out of the holes in his pajamas. The socks I have from Old Navy are probably the best. They come up to his knees practically and they aren't tight.
Full figure baby made me lol and then nursing dd stopped to look at me like I'm nuts! We use scotties fleece booties and like them (much cheaper Velcro version of zuatano)
Same here, I bought tube socks and they just put marks higher on her legs, then I bought a shorter sock at target that go below the ankle and no marks but her right sock keeps popping off. I can't win!!!
DS #1 was a fluffy baby and it looks like DS #2 is following the same path. I use Hanes socks and go up a size (or two). They stay on well and are not too expensive. My Target sells them. I also had good luck with the Circo brand (Target again) in the boys section (not the baby ones, those always fall off my kids).
Osh Kosh or Carter's have the same product- crew/tube sock that comes up higher on the leg. My kid has the longest feet and fat ankles and kicks and kicks- these never come off. Love them. We got them in white and black/grey/navy mix
Re: Socks for Baby Cankles
At least they'll stay on the cankles. Theoretically.
