My nips are super sore! Latching is painful right now. We are still chugging along and I'm pretty comfortable with the laid back nursing schedule we have right now. Some days dd nurses once, sometimes twice. There are days she doesn't ask at all.
4. Any questions for the group?
Any tips for nipple soreness other than lanolin?
GTKY: what are your plans for Thanksgiving?
DH is working, so DD and I will be at my mom's for Thanksgiving. I plan on stuffing my face to the max. After MH gets out of work, we will head over to my SIL house. Thankfully my mom and SIL are only a couple miles from our house. It's so nice to not have to travel far.

7+1 (my due date got pushed back a week)

DS is about 8 1/2 months.
3. Any supply issues, pain, nursing aversion?
Definite supply issues. DS cries in frustration every time he tries to nurse. I have been trying really hard to get him to take a bottle, but it's not working so far. We have had a drop in wet diapers, and I know he isn't getting what he wants or needs. Our journey might be coming to its end soon.
4. Any questions for the group?
I might think of some later, but my mind is so scattered right now.
GTKY: what are your plans for Thanksgiving?
Just a small get together with my mom, her fiancé, DH, myself and DS. So ready to eat all the foods!!!!

15 months!

I have def noticed my supply is dwindling...my poor dd is getting very frustrated!:(

GTKY: what are your plans for Thanksgiving? Heading to my inlaws on morning...then dinner with my family...my family has a huge thanksgiving with around 55 ppl, its our family reunion too...we have it at the best western in thier banquet hall...i've been attending this since i was 2 weeks old. I much prefer a normal thanksgiving with immediate family around one table...but instead i do this!And i am 28 and still sit at the 'kids' table with my cousins and brothers...but now that we are all having children, there will soonbe a new kids table, so that is exciting!
And to. Answer your question..i used coconut oil a lot and it helped me! I hope you find relief soon! @hoping&waiting12

2. Age(s) of your nursling(s)? I feel like the odd one out here with a two year old!
3. Any supply issues, pain, nursing aversion? My nipples ached so badly this morning that I almost didn't let her nurse. I told her she had to be gentle and not pull, and she was very good about it. But still. OW.
4. Any questions for the group?
None so far!
GTKY: what are your plans for Thanksgiving? -- My best friend and his GF are coming into town to stay tomorrow night into Thursday. After they leave, we are headed over to dinner with my maternal extended family (which is, in a word, HUGE. Like we had to RENT an entire lodge to fit us all). This one is gonna be hard because we just lost my grandmother to cancer in August. It's gonna be a rough one.
2. Age(s) of your nursling(s)? 8 months.
3. Any supply issues, pain, nursing aversion? A lot of nipple pain the past day or so, I'm worried that there's a supply issue. My pumping output has decreased & she seems more squirmy / wanting to nurse for longer. I'm hoping it's a development leap & not a supply issue this early on.
4. Any questions for the group? None yet!
GTKY: what are your plans for Thanksgiving? Family dinner at my parents' house with our immediate relative, about 30 of us. I can't wait for everything, Thanksgiving is my absolute favorite.

My DD is 18 months.
3. Any supply issues, pain, nursing aversion?
My supply was low before and now I'm thinking its almost gone and DD is comfort sucking. My nips are incredibly sore. Before I got my BFP I was thinking I had thrush again but I'm fairly certain now that it's just a PG symptom.
4. Any questions for the group? Not now but I'm sure I will in the future.
GTKY: what are your plans for Thanksgiving?
DH and I still haven't decided...holidays are unfortunately always a sore issue for us. We're both selfish and want to spend time with our side of the family lol.
Also for achy boobs warm compression right before and after nursing will both soothe your aches and help your let down.
@ifwisheswerefishes -my DD is almost two. You go girl!!

3. Any supply issues, pain, nursing aversion? My supply is plumetting. I am not sure if it's bothering my nursling, but when I pump - yikes! I have been pumping for 20 minutes and have gotten 2 ounces. Lame.
4. Any questions for the group? I can't think of any.

3. Any supply issues, pain, nursing aversion? He only nurses twice a day, but I have major aversion. We're still trucking though!
4. Any questions for the group? Do any of you plan to tandem nurse? I can't decide.

Going to see my family, and announce LO #2 is on his/her way!
2) DS is almost 23 months
3) nipples are starting to get sore while nursing and I'm starting to notice a dip in supply. Not a big deal though, I'm pretty much ready to wean.

Going to visit DH's family.
