Measuring small

i had an ultrasound today at 7 weeks but measured 5w2d. We saw the heartbeat at a rate of 106. (Seems low?) Dr says either my dates are wrong or I'm going to miscarry. Anyone else experienced this and had a good outcome?

    Is it possible you ovulated late? Were you charting your cycle?

    I went in at what I thought was 7w2d and was told I was only 6w1d. I wasn't temping but looking at my chart it is possible that I ovulated later. I go in next week again to confirm my due date. But I did see the heartbeat at 111 bpm and they were not worried. Is it possible you ovulated later than you thought?

    I guess it is possible. I was charting my cycle and the month before was the first time I had been regular (28 days) in about 6m.

    Were you using OPKs or temping? Or were you just marking AF?'

    If you are at 5w2d, then that's a fantastic heartbeat. Most people don't get a heart rate that early.

    Just marking AF. I've also had some spotting which is what prompted the early appointment but she said that was totally normal. I go back next Thursday for a follow up ultrasound.

    I went in for an u/s thinking I was 7w4d and found out I was 5w4d. No heart beat yet. Congrats on hearing it so early. Fx for you.

    I had an transvag yesterday at 6 weeks 2 days. Baby measured at 5weeks 3days. Strong heartbeat. They said its fairly common and scheduled another ultrasound for next week. I wouldnt worry :)
