breast feeding and becoming preggers

Im still nursing my 14 month old. Can this mask pregnancy symptoms? I knew i was pregnant with both my previous pregnancies. My symptoms were early and just like text book. Now i am 6 weeks pregnant and NO sore boobs!?!?! Whaaat?..only thing i have noticed is fatigue. Wondering if breastfeeding has anything to with my lack of symptoms?

    BFing and pregnancy both give you crazy hormones in some women their BF hormones win out and reduce pregnancy symptoms to minimal or not at all noticeable. (: Eventually the pregnancy hormones will win but for now embrace the lack of achy blobs girlfriend!!

    That's how it was when I was pregnant with my 3 rd and still nursing # 2. Now I'm pregnant with # 4 and still nursing #3 and it's soooo different this time... My poor boobs :( they hurt and it just annoys me! But DD shows no signs of weaning. Enjoy it for now!

    No breast tenderness for me, and I've been attributing it to nursing. The reason your breasts hurt in early pregnancy (from what I've read) is increased blood flow and the development of your milk ducts. Those of us breastfeeding already have all that going on.

    With my first my main symptom was breast tenderness.  With #2 and #3 I was/am still BFing and did not experience breast tenderness, although my nipples hurt when DS is actually nursing, it was the same with DD.
