  • Last week: just soccer, too cold

    This week: planning a walk or two.

    Goal: maintain 130ish until I get pregnant again.

    Do you travel for holidays/does family come to you/something else? Traveling is usually only 2 hours, so not bad if we do.

  • Last Week: Lots of walking, 100 squats per day. My FitBit had issues, but it's back on track now

    This Week: hope to workout every day (we aren't hosting thanksgiving so zero Turkey day time commitment obligations)

    Goals: Sooooo originally I wanted to lose 30 lbs, I have lost 30, but now I want to refocus and lose an additional 20, so that would be 40 total. I'm at the high end of my BMI category and I'd like to settle more towards the bottom

    We are travelling about 20 min to my in-laws, usually we host

  • O and I looked into PiYo @kdc2007 and it's crazy spensive but totally looks like something I could do. I'm officially asking for it for Christmas :)

  • Last week I kept up with the running and walking.

    This week I want to mix in some videos and bike rides and not go crazy with food and drink on Thursday.

    Goals: lose weight and run a half marathon on March 1st.

    For the past few years we have alternated Thanksgiving and Christmas with each other's families. My MIL is local and my family is a four hour drive. In the future I want to be at home Christmas morning and have family travel to us if they want to.

  • Last week: diet and 10,000 steps a day. Gym once. This week: same + excessive eating on Thursday. Goal: tone up. Do you travel for holidays/does family come to you/something else? Only 30 minutes south of where I live now to my grandfathers house. Christmas and Christmas eve will be at home this year for a change. Very excited about that!!

  • Can I join you guys now that I'm not knocked up anymore??

    Last week- seriously- did nothing. I was cleared to start running again on Monday of last week, but the whole week was a blur and it didn't happen.

    This week- I got one "run" under my belt on Tuesday- aiming for one more TR, and one over the weekend.

    Goal- shed my remaining pregnancy weight and probably a little more after that.

    We travel locally for thanksgiving and Christmas. It is usually a mess.
