I'm crying my eyes out. Is it the hormones? Is anyone else the same? It's been so hard as my partner is away until I'm 11 weeks so I've been struggling with no family and my 1st pregnancy. It's become a little too much for me. :-(
I cried last night watching the ama awards and earlier watching reruns of the walking dead. It's normal just have a good cry and watch something funny after (:
You're absolutely normal. I get emotional all the time right now. Check out the thread from tonight: "emotional constipation". You'll see that lots of us are in your boat.
Also, sorry your partner is away for so long. I hope he/she is able to give you the support you need from afar. Check in here a lot. Lots of laughs and support going on.

My husband is gone for wk for weeks on end. He's been gone since 10/29. I often get sad because he's not here. I think what ur going through is normal consider the feeln of being alone. I've noticed without him here in a room full of ppl I'm still lonely. Hormones don't mk it any better. Hopefully when he comes home you will feel better. I also think maybe fear of the unknown is also affecting u. Trust me you'll be more scared the 2nd time lol. Feel better luv!!!
I'm glad I'm not the only one facing this alone for long periods. He's been gone from 10/12 and won't be back until 12/12. I'm just hanging in but struggling now in the last few weeks. I'm also glad other people hormones are making them cry over silly things!
Re: Crying
