I just started noticing I am gettin discoloration on my cheeks! Any advice on how to get rid of this!! Is it permanent or will it go away!? Will it get worse!? Help me ladies!
There is not much you can do while you are pregnant other than keep out of the sun which is HUGE. I got it really bad with my second son who was a summer baby. It never went away (until I went off birth control recently). I have also tried prescription strength bleaching creams, retinol, etc. which do work but they are harsh and you have to keep using them. The over the counter stuff doesn't really work and is much more expensive than the prescription creams.

Don't fight it TOO hard or you'll just upset your skin and unhappy skin es no bueno! Our skin is nice and cranky right now as it is.
Get to be good friends with facials or a good exfoliant. You can even make your own if you don't want to spend a ton on anything. Pinterest has a ton of different recipes and pretty much anything with a brown sugar base is going to work out for you. Everyone has different preferences so don't be afraid to try a couple different ones out til you find one you like
Make sure you're moisturizing, too. That'll keep you from peeling and breaking out too badly. Don't freak out if you break out when you first start exfoliating, though. It's normal and healthy for a breakout since you're bringing all the crap out of your skin.
Exfoliating will help your mask lighten but I don't think it'll get rid of it completely since it's a pigmentation issue from what I've been taught. A good foundation will do the rest when it comes to hiding it. I can't see mine at all when I have makeup on and mine looks like dark brown Dalmatian spots on my forehead.
GL and let us know what you find that helps!
ETA: Don't exfoliate every single day. You'll quickly regret it if you do. 2-3 times a week MAX (every other day or so) is a good idea at first.
