Trying to Get Pregnant
Apparently I can't add...
Yikes. Just went to take my vitamins. My prenatal has 800 mg Folic Acid and I have been supplementing with an EXTRA 800mg. I think I thought the vitamin only had 400 mg. So, I have been taking 1600 mg Folic Acid for 5 months. Bad?

k thanks. I did just read that it can mask a b12 deficiency
that is fine. you can't OD on folic acid.
