We had our 6 week appointment this morning. DD had a dentist appointment just before so I let her join me for the baby appointment. Of course she immediately asked "mommy why do you have to take your pants off to see the baby?". LOL. I just told her the doctor had to put the wand super low on my belly, it worked, she believed me. We got the nice surprise of not only seeing but also hearing the heartbeat! At 6w2d I sure wasn't expecting that! DD's face was absolutely adorable with excitement! A perfect little 127bpm.
I explained to the RE that I am living with ALL DAY nausea that is really taking a toll. He prescribed Diclegis. I just wondered if any of you have taken this. He said 2 tablets at bed time stating that it will make me very sleepy. I hope it helps more than just at night.

Re: Ultrasound update and medication question
My doctor told me diclegis is just a prescribed mix of B6 & unisom (I'm sure he was simplifying). I'm told it's great but I had to be a martyr and I turned it down.
