eggs are SUPER good for you... if they're from cage free chickens that aren't fed soy or corn.. they're so good for you in fact I'm a vegan that started eating them just for the baby! here's a great article to read about them!

I had Eggs Benedict twice a week before I found out I was pregnant. They were so delicious. I miss those.

As someone else said, you can eat them as long as THEY ARE COOKED! So yes you can eat them in pancakes, as an omelet, frittata. AS LONG AS THEY ARE COOKED. Technically you are not suppose to eat them with a runny yoke because that is not considered cooked throughout. So no over easy, sunnyside or poached (which is my favorite so I cry a little on the inside as I type this)
