This weekly check-in is for anyone using/considering or who has used a 3rd party method of reproduction, including: Donor egg, donor sperm, embryo adoption, gestation carrier, or surrogate - also Donors, GC's and surrogates as well! If you don't check-in for 3 weeks you'll be removed from the list but we'll happily add you back next time you check in! NOTE: Board etiquette - please post BFPs separately from the check-in, with a warning in message title. Check-In: How is it going? What are your next steps? How are you feeling?

Me: 32 DH: 35  TTC#1 since March 2012
Dx: Poor Embryo Quality, Arcuate Uterus, Poor Uterine Blood Flow, Mild Endo, 
       Protein S Deficiency, Sjorgen's Syndrome 

IUI #1-5: BFN
Laparoscopy & Hysteroscopy: minimal endo, partial septoplasty
IVF #1: 10R/6M/6F ~ Day 3 ET = BFN
IVF #2: 14R/9M/5F ~ transfer canceled ~ all embryos arrested at 1-2 cell stage
IVF #3: 9R/5M/5F ~ 1 frosty!
IVF #4 (FET #1): BFN

IVF #5 (DE IVF #1 with Dr. KK protocol): Currently PREGNANT!!!!!!
Synthroid + Prednisone + Metformin + Baby Aspirin + Supplements Galore = 15+ pills a day
Lupron + Lovenox + Delestrogen + IVIG + B/W = 2-5 pokes a day
19R, 17M, 17F - transferred two Grade A blasts 11/16, four frosties!!!
Beta #1 11/24 (13dpo/8dp5dt) = 367 ~ Beta #2 11/26 (15dpo/10dp5dt) = 709
Beta #3 11/29 (18dpo/13dp5dt) = 1,997 ~ Beta #4 12/1 (20dpo/15dp5dt) = 3,403

    @RunCC37‌ I hope you get great news Monday! I hope I do too! First beta 105, I wish it were higher but both my losses we around 50 and those were 5 day transfers so I'm praying like crazy.

    JimBobCooter - 11 weeks already, how exciting!  I'm glad you're feeling better.

     

    @sorrellam30-Congratulations on your beta!

     

    AFM:  Nothing.  Just waiting for AF to get going on my FET.

     

     

     

    TTC #1 since May 2010

    OE IVF #1  9/2/13 Cancelled- poor response

    DE IVF #1 3/12/14- BFP 3/17/14- ectopic, right tube removed 4/11/14 @ 7 weeks

    DE FET #1 7/3/14-Transferred 2 5AA 6 day embryos Beta 7/13/14 BFN

    DE FET #2 9/5/14-Transferred 2 4BB 5 day embryos Beta 9/15/14 BFN

    DE FET #3 in December- Cancelled, didn't respond to meds

    DE FET #3 (2nd try) 2/13/15- Transferred 1 4BB and 1 4BA 5 day embryos Beta 2/23/15  BFN again (CP)

    DE FET #4 - last 2 frosties....5/22/15- Transferred 1 4BA embryo...only one frostie thawed properly.  Beta scheduled for 6/1-  BFN (beta 2, 2.81, 6, 23, 49.4) 6/15/15 Discovered ectopic in left tube.  Methotrexate given. Moving on to a new donor. Hoping to transfer by the end of the year.

    Cant find a donor that is healthy and available.  Looking at being happy with just the two of us.

    @sorrellam30 and @runcc37 fx for a great beta on Monday!

    @TRexsMum - how frustrating but I have heard the same about Prozac.  Hopefully it won't be any big deal and the doctors are just preparing you for a worst case scenario.

    Spent the day in the city with my Surro's son and he had the best day.  Couldn't believe the little guy walked over two miles with me from toy store to toy store and back.  I think riding the regular train was his favorite part.

    QOTW:  My angel is my surrogate and couldn't be more thankful.

    TRexsMum - Your situation sound very stressful.  I wish you strength and patience.  

    Good luck everybody with betas and current pregnancies!

    Check-In:  Waiting, crocheting, trying to stay calm...
    Lupron adn Delestrogen are kicking my butt with nausea and hot flashes. I just transitioned from Lupron a week ago. My first baseline USG went well, the second to check the lining in on 12/2. Our donor starts meds on 11/29! I am hopeful for the first time in a very long time.


    QOTW: I'm thankful that i am still sane after all of the IF related stuff. I am thankful for my awesome husband! I'm thankful for beautiful nature around me and sun! (we just moved to Colorado a year ago)

    Twins DS#2 and 3 born at 31 weeks, 3 days due to a short cervix on 8/2/13.

    Iui #4 was Saturday, beta Will be Dec 9 if AF doesn't show before then.

    @chicagobride07 -  I've got everything crossed for a good outcome from the Transfer this week!

    @mrsmcirish - yay!! 

    @vibee - ugh yes, I had the worst side effects from those meds! worth it but Geez , killed me!

    @doodiebug18 & @sorrellam30 - FX for awesome, doubling betas!!

    My pregnancy is good so far. This is my dream and I am so excited!! but I feel like crap. I'm about 14 weeks and I have another awesome headache, nausea, fatigue. Also, having crazy dreams!

    worth it but Really hoping 2nd Tri is everything women say it is. I have an appt for the anatomy scan on Dec 16th, until then I've been using my doppler on the daily!

    *I am grateful that we decided to pursue IVF with Donor Eggs and that has been a success so far. I had so many fears and reservations about the process. Now all I can think about is being a Mom!

    @TRexsMum‌ - I'm so sorry for the stressful news. That's just awful to find out after the fact. I hope everything turns out ok and I'm sorry you have to worry about this.

    @sorrellam30‌ -fx for a nice big rise on beta #2!

    As for me, I had to push my Dr KK appt back because I am starting a new job in January. I'm ok with this though. I'm looking forward to having this new job to focus on.

    Me (32) DOR, elevated NK Cells/ 2 copies of MTHFR mutation/ MH (35) azoo/high DFI   (TTC#1 since 2009)

    IVFs#1-4: (4/10-2/12) all BFN

    Surprise Bfp (9/11) - c/p

    DS IUI#1-2 (9/12, 10/12) - BFN

    DS IVF: (11/12) - BFN

    DE/DS IVF#1: (10/13) - 2 day 3 embies transferred-BFFN

    FET of 2 day 6 blasts: (12/13) - c/p

    DE/DS IVF #2: (4/14) - 1 day 5 blast transferred...BFFN...again.

    FET 5/14: 1 day 5 hatching blast transferred...another BFFN

    Repeat SHG 6/14-normal / Endometrial Receptivity Array biopsy 7/14-Receptive Uterus

    New RE, additional testing reveals elevated NK Cells

    FET of 1 day 5 blast (RE recommends transferring 1 due to elevated NK cells) with lovenox, steroids & intralipids in October

    Sorry I'm late to the party. Saturday the 24/7 nausea set in and won't let up. I only feel ok when I'm actually eating. Of course, that's only after I battle through to figure out what I want to have. I go back Monday for my second u/s to hopefully see a heartbeat! So far my betas have been great, so I'm trying to stay positive. My EDD according to LMP is July 17th. I'll hopefully know for sure on Monday.

    @TRexsMum‌ I'd be pissed off too! I hope everything turns out okay!

    @sorrellam30‌ FX for doubling betas!

    @doodiebug18‌ I hope your 2ww flies by!
