  I was using babyganics moisturized, but switched to aquaphor on the dry areas. It's amazing; if I apply early in the am between the regeneration power of LOs and the seal of aquaphor the skin looks normal at the end of the day.

  5 cycles of "TTC" - 3 intentional, 2 not so intentional.  5 BFPs.  My rainbow arrived 10/15/14.

  I was worried that maybe it was eczema but it's not anywhere else but on her cheeks. I'll try the aquaphor. Thanks!

  It's probably baby acne and it goes away if you leave it be. A little Aquaphor can't hurt, but avoid lotions.

  My pedi said the dry skin will clear and it's normal and she doesn't recommend using any lotion but if I must she's ok with Cetaphil.

  It's definitely not the baby acne. She does have some of that but this is different.

  My pedi told me to use Dove sensitive skin body mwash when giving him a bath and when I wash his face. I've seen improvement since I started using it.

  @apk4 You use soap on LO's face? We don't. I guess I was just afraid to and they never did during the bath demo at the hospital. Maybe I need to try?

  @sabby2 She told us to put a dab on a wet washcloth and wash his face that way. I rinse it off with a separate wet wash cloth. She said the Dove will clean his face and moisturize it.

  We've been using a little Eucerin cream on LO's dry skin and bumps on his face the last few days. It seems to help.
