  Try another level 1 nipple. The other one might be defective

  We use dr Browns bottles and used enfamil gentlease for a couple weeks. It didn't spray out with the #1 nipples for us, but DD did spit up a TON on that formula. We use similac advanced #1 with the #1 nipples and don't have any problems.

  Try another nipple or switch the the Premie nipple. Dr. Browns carries a premie nipple. I found ours at Babies R Us. Walmart carries 1-3 but not usually the premie.
