Please forgive me for the super random question...
I have long hair--and it always gets knots when its wet... I usually am able to control this with lots of conditioner, a spray on detangler, and a special brush for wet hair... now not even that is working and I'm super frustrated!
Anyone have a good recommendation for a deep conditioner for hair breakage/tangles? Preferably one that I can pick up at my neighborhood Rite Aid or Aveda that is right around the corner? Or should I just chop all my hair off? lol
TIA!

I like Redkens All Soft. It smells like honey and leaves my hair soooo soft and managable. For everyday use, I'm addicted to Living Proof No Frizz shampoo/conditioner/leave-in.

@BlueFairy5 ugh my hair too. I literally want to cry sometimes when I look in the mirror. It's so thin (I've probably lost 1/2 of my hair) and it breaks so easy. It's horrible.
I use biolage deep conditioner like once a week and then do hot oil treatments like once every two weeks. It's actually helped my hair with the breakage and the dryness. Now if I could just grow my hair back

I go to the salon about every 6-8 weeks and get a deep conditioner done. It's been amazing keeping my post chemo new hair healthy as I lost every bit of hair once I started chemo. My hair was to my butt and now 2 years after treatment is to the middle of my back. I also use Moraccain (sp) oil on my ends and also use Aussie 3 min miracle about once a week. It's cheap at any normal store and works great.

I Have long wavy/curly hair and I actually love this garner fructise damage eraser deep conditioners. It's in a small orange container at most drug stores. I use it a few days a week after my normal conditioner and it makes my hair feel so much better!
