CVS testing

in July 2015 Moms
has anyone had the CVS testing done? I've been reading on it and because I'm 34 I worry about chromosomal birth defects. However, because of my medical history with pregnancies, I'm afraid of the testing because it raises the risk of a miscarriage. If you've had it done what was your experience. If your in my age group and are pregnant what are your thoughts on it?
