Bad nausea.

Hi all, I'm having horrible nausea. 24/7. Any tips or tricks to help this? I barely have an appetite and when I do I can only eat a quarter of what I usually can. Dry crackers help, but not a lot.

Thankyou!

Re: Bad nausea.

  • I just bought those soft chews specifically for morning sickness. They help but I think I'll get the lollipop to maybe last longer. Otherwise I'm in the same boat with crackers, ginger ale, and I'll be trying peppermint tea too. Hope you find something because I know this is no fun at all.

There's been a bunch of these posts already. If you scroll back through the pages, you'll find some filled with advice already.
  • @BbWalter‌ crackers are helping a little. I can't stand ginger ale so that's a no. I also don't like peppermint tea lol my doctor gave me some maxalon tablets today. Fingers crossed it helps!
  • @ashleynslattery‌ thanks for the advice! Night time is becoming the worst for me. I might give something like that a go!
  • Preggie Pops or hard candy like jolly ranchers helped me during my first pregnancy.
  • ACOG recommends taking 25mg vitaminB-6 and 25mg tablet od unisom 3 times a day. The b6 wont be effective without the unisom. Completly safe and it works!
