Footie PJ's and diaper leaking

Every time I put S in footie pj's at night he wakes up in the morning soaked - so bad that I have to stick him in the bath. If he wears a onesie with a sleep sack, he wakes up dry.

Any clue as to why this is happening? So bizarre! Only thing I can think of is that it may fit snugger and doesn't allow his diaper to sort of move with him when he's moving around? (If that makes any sense.)

    I'm not sure....my DD wears footed pjs every night with no issues.  I do use Huggies Overnight diapers though.  Are you using an overnight diaper?

    I am! Huggies overnights - been using them for a while now. It's only with the footie pj's! I don't get it!
