  Thanks, guys! This is some good info. BTW, I'd never heard of Orilla until this summer when a relative sent out some genealogy stuff she'd put together. On my mom's side there were TWO of them in the family, both born in the later 1800s. Thought I'd trot it out to see how it would play. Looks like probably there are better options!

  Definitely adding Orla, Iris, Eloise, and Sabina. Leona and Phillip are on my longer list. Guess Orrin is the more accepted spelling - added that name to the list after mis-hearing a radio host named Warren's name, so I hadn't seen it written down!
  
  I really really love Isolde, but I'm worried it's too pretentious or . . . just too much. I kind of hope I have the guts to go for it! Anyone ever actually met or heard of an actual person with that name?
