Self-explanatory - DS seems to hate the Moby wrap in both the hug hold and kangaroo hold. Legs in, legs out, doesn't matter. He has fallen asleep in it twice when he was brand new and now he just pulls away and screams. He pulls his head back to look around. I had such high hopes for babywearing for bonding and to just allow me to get shit done but he seems to hate it, at least the Moby. I don't want to invest money in other carriers he might hate. I have a babywearing friend who is going to show me other wraps at Thanksgiving but wondering if other people are having the same experience.
DD didn't much like being worn or swaddled or otherwise confined. She is very cuddly now but didn't like being restricted as an infant. DS seems to be similar.
Re: LO hates being worn
So when you put LO into the moby, get moving. Walk with a little bounce in your step, and walk walk walk. Give LO a minute or two to settle before you start on the housework. Many babies don't like being worn when mom is standing still.
ETA: If after that minute or two LO is just not having it, take him out.
