  I have had pregnant sex several times, the most recently we weren't exactly gentle and I have been fine. I haven't had any spotting but wouldn't freak out if I did

  We Seriously had sexy almost daily with my first throughout the entire pregnancy and baby was just fine. Spotting is normal but if you bled a lot contact your ob and you may need to wait a bit.

  Well, I sure hope it's safe because damn-- sexy time is like 300% better now that we don't have the pressure to TTGP, and maybe there's something scientific about increased blood flow making it more awesome.

  My husband and I are very active and everything has been totally okay (I am 5 weeks). I think the only time the doctor would say to refrain is probably if you are a high risk pregnancy.
