I would I could get excited about the weekend, but there's nothing poppin' over here. :-<
H took N to an indoor play place so I can have like 5 seconds to get my thoughts together. Then has the MFing BALLS to call me and say "Your daughter is being very bad" I'm like are you MFING KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW??! I want to punch him in his face the moment he walks through the door. I've been a SAHM since day one, and being with a kid all day every day, is no easy task. This MFer calls me whining about FIVE MINUTES. *expletatives*

Ugh. I hope you put him in his place @potatocastillo. Is it in their DNA to be such whiny asses or something? H and I both work but I know what you mean. When we're both at home with the kid, parenting is apparently 100% my job. When H tries to do something and DS is resistant, H turns to me and says I need to do whatever it is. I have to deal with the resistance all the time, so suck it up and take a turn, ass hole. Sometimes I would like to do the laundry or dishes or something else PRODUCTIVE without having to multitask and watch our kid at the same time. Sorry to disturb you from your computer chair but be a fucking parent, dude.

Glad to know it isn't just me with a whiny husband. I'm a stay at home mom and it totally pisses me off when after being home for like 20 minutes H starts complaining about DD being "difficult". Try being with her 24/7 and hardly getting a break because when he is home he either can't handle it or DD only wants me to do everything. I guess that works out nicely for H though right?
We had my DD's preschool parent teacher conference this week. The teacher is nice and it was fine, but I was SO annoyed that the teacher felt the need to mention that she's an only child 4 times - it's so good she's here since she's an only child, she has great social skills considering she's an only child...
It should have been a nice time focused on talking about my DD and her progress and needs instead of that term coming up multiple times to distract me. 1. I don't consider her an only child, she just doesn't have a sibling yet. 2. People are pretty self absorbed who don't think about what might be sensitive to other people in relation to fertility. Even before I started trying to have my DD I never would ask people when they were going to have a baby, you just never know. I'm a stay at home mom with a 4 year old, I don't think it's rocket science that I/we might be having issues, clearly I have the time.
I'm trying to let it go, but it did affect the rest of my day.

Grrrr. People can be so insensitive!
On a similar note, one of my co-workers randomly commented the other day that maybe I was starting menopause. This because she thought the room where we were was cold, and I didn't. Obviously she doesn't know I'm struggling with TTC, but--huh? I've been asking DH "no, really--how old do you think I look?" ever since.

I feel like hell. Don't know whether that is good news or bad news at this point. But it is exhausting.
It's probably the progesterone... I've been feeling like crap all week too. :-&
I'm thinking I also have a mild/moderate case of OHSS. DH says when he hugs me he feels like there has already been a baby in there for 3 months. (sigh) RE is going to do an ultrasound with my bloodwork on Monday to check things out. In the meantime, I am chugging Gatorade like it's my job. The only light in this is that if I developed this late OHSS, maybe I am pregnant. PUPO, right?

That is crappy, sorry. I've gotten the same crap from my daughter's teachers. You would think people who work with kids for a living would have encountered secondary if at some point...
I wanted to freak out when I heard, 'must be so hard for her being the only person in her class without a sibling, that's why she talks about you guys having a new baby.' No, she talks about us having a new baby because we had one and it died. But thanks for your profound insight into my child.
