Re: what wrong?

  • Yeah, this sounds like me everyday. If you're really concerned or it's out of the ordinary for you, then call your doctor.

  • Thought it was just me. Take some immodium AD, helped me when I got the runs (on my OB list of safe meds while pregnant).

Your doctor is an excellent resource.

  • Call your doc. They are typical pregnancy symptoms, but we don't know your medical hx and can't properly diagnose you.

  • *What's

I bet your doctor intentionally ignored your symptoms. Because, you know, he's nowhere near as qualified as us Bump Bishes in diagnosing your medical condition.

Really. If you really expressed this concern with him, he most likely seriously considered them before assuring you that he thought everything was okay. I feel like you should have a stronger sense of trust with him at this point.
  • First my doctor is female. Second she wouldnt even listen to what i had to say about what i was feeling just talked to me about gettig ready for labor. Im home with a bunch of sick people so yes im going to worry. And no i do not really trust this doctor and have been trying to switch since my forst appt. I have seen other doctors but they all send me back to this one. I see another one on friday but who knows how that will go since it never really solves anything. I asked on here in case someone else had these to and just to reassure myself that its not something i need to be too concerned about because like i said its not normal for me meaning i have felt fine my entire pregnancy other than morning sickness in the first trimester.
  • Yup, I've had this. For 9 months. You're pregnant. You're welcome for saving you a trip to the doctor you hate so much.

  • Seriously, you are in a house "with a bunch of sick people" and you can't figure out why you might be having these symptoms? SMH.

    My thoughts exactly.
You have every right to switch physicians. You make an appointment, tell him/her that you want to transfer over, and have your records sent. It's a pretty straightforward process. What's the motivation for other OBs "sending you back" unless they feel you're going to be more trouble than your worth? This post is very MUDDY.

    This ^

I have no idea how your new OB could send you back to your old one? I switched my OB mid pregnancy and I never looked back. I've never heard of doctors passing patients back and forth. As the PP's have said, she's probably "ignoring" your issues because you've been irrational for the majority of your pregnancy. If you're THAT concerned, go into emerg or L&D...but everything you're describing is normal. Try to relax before the baby gets here...
