Craving fruit.. Girl??

I've been craving cuties (mandarin oranges) like CRAZY. I've eaten almost 3 bags in a week, ha! I've heard that craving fruit often means it's a girl. Has anyone had this experience? Thanks!

    Nope. I'd say there's a 50% chance it's a girl.

    I craved fruit like crazy with my first baby- it was a girl.  I've been craving fruit a lot with this pregnancy too- its a boy.  I'd say your chances are 50-50.

    No, cravings have nothing to do with the sex of your baby.

    Personal anecdote:
    My mom had two girls - myself and my sister. When she was pregnant with me, she craved ice cream, hot fudge, and all the sweets. Two years later when she was pregnant with my sister, she craved pretzels, french fries, and potato chips. Everyone said she was having a boy. Nope.

    I mean it's fun to guess-but it means nothing like the PP my mom craved shortbread cookies and sweets with my sister and then with me she craved green olives and sardines (typical "boy" foods). Hopefully you'll find out soon :)

    First son I craved strawberries or strawberry flavored anything. Second son cheeseburgers and olives. 1st girl cantaloupe, second girl fried bologna and cheese sand.

    No pattern there.

    With my son all I wanted was fruit and ice. I don't really have any specific cravings, but we won't know the sex of this kid until he/she arrives.

    So..nope.

    I've been craving fruits everyday. Mango, pineapple, berries, coconut, and sweets. But doesn't necessarily mean girl!

    Haha! That's crazy I've never heard that! I guess I may be having a girl too bc I have been craving fruit like a beast.

    And on a second note, lighten up and smile people. :). I don't think OP is being completely dead serious. Probably just bored and having a bit of fun.

    Every November- December I go through 2 bags of cuties a week. This week we bought 3 bags. I can never get enough of them, even not pregnant. Why are they only in season for 2 months?
