  I just got a nice one from Children's Place. Fleece outside with sherpa lining inside. Still sweater enough to go in the car seat safely. Even the sleeves are lined.
  The one I got had a dinosaur on it and the hood had dino spikes (adorable) but I can't find it on their website on my phone. This is the same style though:
