Some positive news
For the newbies, you may not know who I am, but after 3 failed adoptions over 2 years we couldn't put our hearts or our wallets through the roller coaster ride to start our family. On Memorial Day a family friend offered to be our surrogate and today I am happy to say we got a BFP on her blood test. We won't know if it is one or two until the ultrasound in early December but if all goes well we will have a baby(or two) in July. Thanks to all of you who have supported our ups and downs on this journey. I have moved over to the third party reproduction board but thought I would give an update. Based on the state laws of our surrogate I will still have to adopt this baby (or babies), however they will biologically be my DH's. Haven't shared the news with our families yet, but thinking Thanksgiving may be the right time. I do check in once in a blue moon, so hope all are doing well.
