AW: Ultrasound today! Good news and unsure news

Well we had our 8 week ultrasound today and the fireflies are looking good! They are both measuring at 8w1d, so right on track. Baby A had a heart rate of 178 and Baby B had a heart rate of 167. She let us look around for a bit today which was exciting, and we got to hear both heartbeats this time. Ahhh, it was just love.
But on the other hand, I have been having some terrible ovary pains. Now, I have PCOS, so I'm used to having my pains, but they told me they would most likely subside during pregnancy, but my left ovary has been bothering me a lot. So today they were looking at my left ovary on the U/S (which is a beotch because it sits super high, and I have a tilted uterus and my left ovary actually sits behind and up against my uterus) and I was in terrible pain as they were pushing on it with the vag wand, which I expressed to my RE. She said she saw something and was taking some pictures. So afterwards I go out to talk to my RE outside the U/S room and she said that it is hard to tell whether it's in my ovary or in my tube because of where my ovary sits, but that there is either a very large pocket of fluid, or a 3rd pregnancy (which they are deeming as not a viable pregnancy at this point) either in my ovary or in my tube. Of course we're hoping it's just a fluid pocket that will evaporate eventually, but they have me on an "ectopic watch" for now, and will have me back in 2 weeks for another u/s to see what it's doing. They gave me all the warning signs of an ectopic, told me to watch my pain, if I feel like the pain is getting any worse to call, and if I feel like I am having pain like appendicitis go to the ER.
So that was a bit scary, and I'm nervous about that, but really hoping it's just a fluid pocket that will evaporate and relieve some of the ovarian pain. So any T&Ps you could spare for that I would appreciate it.
But other than that I'm just trying to be really excited for a good appointment and how great my two little fireflies are doing. Happy Friday ladies!!!

June 2013 - Diagnosis of Endometriosis and PCOS (approximate).
December 2013 - First cycle of Clomid - Positive OPK. BFN
January 2014 - 2nd Cycle of Clomid - Positive OPK. BFN
February 2014 - 3rd Cycle of Clomid - Positive OPK. BFN
March 2014 - Took month off to prep for surgery
April 2014 - Laporoscopy for endo. Unable to remove endo due to too close of proximity to ureter. HSG done as well. Fillopian tubes open.
May 2014 - 1st round of Femara. Positive OPK. BFN.
June 2014 - 2nd round of Femara. Moved to RE to have CD10 Follicular U/S. No Follies in left ovary. 5 follies in right. Largest follie 8mm, 1 7mm, 2 3mm, 1 2mm. Positive OPK on day of U/S. BFN. DH has SA done at this time - All results within normal limits.
July 2014 - 3rd round of Femara. CD10 Follicular U/S. No follies in left ovary. 7 follies in right. 1 20mm, 1 12mm, 1 10mm, 4 <5mm. Scheduled for IUI. Canceled due to low estrogen level of 145. TI this month. Prepping for Injectables next month. BFN.
August 2014 - CD3 BW Normal. Injectables not happening because of stupid miscommunication about "required injectables class." Taking class this month. No medication. TI for the month. SIS scheduled for 8/7/14. SIS results - "I have a beautiful uterus." Huzzah!
September 2014 - Cycle cancelled due to stupid AF coming early and making my IUI run in to DH's business trip. Try again next month.
October 2014 - Injects with IUI cycle. 75U 5 days. Estrogen at 36. Bumped up to 125 for 4 days. Estrogen 105. Bumped up to 225. Ganirelix for 2 days. 4 mature follies. Triggered 10/9. IUI 10/10.
BFP 10/24/2014. Beta #1 - 178 Beta #2 - 398. U/S 11/7/14- TWINS!!!!

Definitely take it easy and keep us updated. Fx that it's simply fluid!
And awesome news on the 2 great looking babies! How exciting!

I hope that's just some random fluid that goes away on it's own very soon. Keep us updated on how you're feeling with it.
