Heart rate is only 100 and measuring small

Thanks in advance for prayers. I'm suppose to be 7 weeks and 4 days today. Ultrasound tech said baby is measuring at 6 weeks zero days. Heartbeat is only 100 but dr said its only like 5% that miscarry with a heartbreat. But going back next week to do another ultrasound. Hopefully heart rate is higher.

    FX for you. Were you charting to confirm your ovulation? If they go by your LMP, there is a good chance that you ovulated later than day 14 of your cycle and your EDD is off.

    No this was a surprise pregnancy and I only had sex once in this cycle. So I was pretty sure of the date but idk now

    But, that doesn't necessarily tell you when you conceived, since sperm can live for 5 days.  If you ovulated later than average, it would push everything later by that many days.  Maybe that can be reassuring?

    FX that all will be fine!

    Yea I know the ultrasound measurements aren't a 100% either. The dr was only concerned with the low heart rate. So hopefully next week it's better news.

    If your dates were a little off/not exact and you're measuring at 6wks exactly then any heartbeat would be great. The heartbeat starts slow and then gets faster over time. Fx for good news at the next ultrasound and I hope this week goes by very fast!

    Yea they are saying 6 weeks exactly so I'm definitely hoping for better results. My dr is optimistic so we shall see.

    @teisha030782‌ please try and stay positive. (I know a lot easier said than done) last week I was in the same boat. My baby only had a heart beat of 102 at 6 wks 3days. I had to go back for another us today and babys heartbeat was at a wonderful 160. Its amazing how much of a difference 1 wk makes! T & P to you and your bean!

    I saw my Dr. on Tues and received my first US. Based on my dates we thought we were 7 weeks and 5 days. Actual measurements Dr. determined that we were 5 weeks 6 days (now 6 wks 2 days). The heart beat was only 98bpm. She said this is normal at this stage. Our next US is on Dec 2nd. I will keep FX for both of us. Stay positive fellow bumpie! I am sure everything is fine :)

    I went for my first ultrasound thinking I was 8 weeks. Baby measured at 6 weeks and HR was 92. I had a follow up 10 days later and baby is growing and HR was 145. Thinking of you while your waiting!!
