High mercury consumption, is my child at risk?

Hi there, it didn't occur to me until recently the seemingly seriousness of consuming high mercury fish. I'm someone who ate a lot of raw tuna for probably a few years before finding out of was pregnant. I'm worried my child might be at risk of defects. Any insights?
