No, unless you are high risk possibly. I would also check with your specific airline for pregnancy guidelines. I'm flying in 2 weeks and the airline requires a "Fit to Fly" form (specific to that particular airline) signed by my doctor within 2 weeks of my travel date from 28 weeks and beyond.
No, but worth a mention to the doc I suppose. I'm driving 18 hours next weekend (in an RV, spread out over 3 days) and am going to bring it up on my appointment tomorrow - I'll be just shy of 30 weeks at the time of travel - just in case the OB has any tips.
Unless you are high risk or your doctor has told you that you are not allowed to fly, you should be absolutely fine. Most airlines will not allow you to fly or require a doctor's note once you are 36 weeks.

Check with your doctor, but most say you're fine up to 35-36 weeks. I'm flying from Phoenix to Seattle at 32 weeks my doctor was fine with it baring any complications between now and then.
I'm flying at 33/34 weeks (Christmas) and I'm not worried. My doctor said to get up and walk during the flight and maybe to wear compression socks to help with swelling. Also to stay hydrated.
She did also say though, heads up, that on the unlikely chance that I felt any pre-term contractions or had any excessive bleeding, I should call immediately and maybe not travel.

Like others said, you are totally fine unless there are other things going on that make you more high risk. Otherwise, my midwife said that flying up to 36 weeks for a "normal" pregnancy is okay!

I flew from Nebraska to Florida at 34 weeks with my first and no one at either airport questioned me. I just checked with my MW before hand and had a copy of my prenatal medical record and a note from her just in case.
I'm flying at 28, 29, and 32 weeks and doing a long drive at 33 weeks. Midwife says it is fine (just to stretch and move around as much as possible, and be sure to stay hydrated). My flights are 6, 7, and 2 hours and the drive is 9 hours.
Check with your doc if you're worried and if you're planning on leaving the country get a fit to fly letter and some health insurance for peace of mind.
My doctor didn't see any problems with airline travel for me, one tip she gave me was to draw the alphabet with each foot about every hour to keep the blood flowing =] Sometimes easier than getting up and down to walk a minute (That is if you don't need to pee)
I'm a flight attendant & am still working at 26 weeks (part time at the moment). I plan on flying another 4-6 weeks though my Dr. said I can fly as long as I want, her words "til my water breaks" (she's a lunatic). Personally, I'm done after 32-34 weeks. Between the wacky hours and turbulence this time of year in the northeast, not worth the risk. My airline doesn't have a limit as to when employees and or passenger need to stop flying. Have fun and drink tons of water! I get dehydrated up there!
