That's my neighbors big 4X4 truck last night - couldn't make it up the driveway!!! We got a solid 4 feet yesterday and it's starting to come down again now. Luckily, we're all home, warm, and safe. I'm itching to get out and shovel but I'm pretty sure it's a no-no . I snow !!!
Ooh I'm so jealous! lol It snowed all day today but it didn't accumulate too much. There's snow but not too bad. I did hear that the roads were slick but I haven't been out luckily. My husband has plow contracts this winter though so I'm crossing my fingers for heavy snow so that I can afford to take my full 12 weeks leave! I'll probably take 12 weeks anyway but it would be nice having a little cushion since our disability isn't so great.
We're in Western NY, in that band of lake effect snow coming off Lake Erie that's been in the news. :-h
@niknak... Your hubby wouldn't get much sleep this week but would make BIG BUCKS if you were here
I moved from Arkansas to Florida to Ohio. We got about 5 inches here the other day. But to me, any snow makes me cry. If the grass isn't sticking out the top, it's a "ton" of snow. And if the temp drops below 70, it's chilly. Below 60 warrants a coat. Below 50 requires gloves, hat, etc. My husband, on the other hand, is from Massachusetts and just makes fun of me. It's ok though. I get my paybacks in the summer when he complains that 80 is hot. Please. 80 is the temp we ran our A/Cs on to save money in the summer.

We've been getting a small bit of snow almost every day this week here and I'm whining about that and how cold it is... and I live just north (and slightly east) of you @morningbeam As long as you are inside where it is safe then all is good. Take care in the crazy snow that you guys are getting! I hope that the warmer weather coming your way doesn't cause major problems!
Holy moly! That is crazy. I thought it was bad when I lived through a blizzard that dumped 28 inches a few years ago. I can't even imagine 4-5 feet!!! Stay warm!
