Re: ~*~Thursday Ticker Change~*~
1. How many weeks are you? EDD? Fruit? 20 weeks, Banana!
2. Any updates or upcoming appointments? Today, I have my A/S with my OB. I am pretty excited to see the baby again. I had an A/S when I was 18 weeks at the ER because I was involved in a car accident but luckily it wasn't serious. Thank god, the baby is fine. I will start my much needed vacation Dec. 11th to Mexico. After my vacay, I will officially be a SAHM. Our focus is on the baby so I am leaving my job.
3. Symptoms? Concerns? Rants? Raves? I still get nauseated after eating. I can feel her kicks a little more stronger.
4. Are you finding out/already know the sex of your child(ren) or are you team green? If you know, what is the sex of your child(ren) and how did you find out?
Team Pink!
We had an elective ultrasound on the 1st of Nov. We already got her name picked out. Izabella Hope
5. GTKY: Aside from food, water, and shelter, what one thing could you not go a day without? My family. I would need someone to keep me sane lol
1. How many weeks are you? EDD? Fruit? 17 weeks/4.30/Onion
2. Any updates or upcoming appointments? No appointments coming up until next month, but we had our elective u/s done this past Saturday and got to see LO – very awesome.
3. Symptoms? Concerns? Rants? Raves? SYMPTOMS: Nausea seems to be getting better; I might try to go off the Diclegis this weekend, so we will see how that goes. Nothing else out of the ordinary. CONCERNS: We had a bleeding scare a couple weeks back that we haven’t really gotten an answer on yet – everything on the u/s seems fine and I don’t have any polyps or anything, so that is still a mystery. RANTS: No rants today! Tomorrow is Friday and Thanksgiving is in a week – pretty happy girl today. RAVES: I think I might be starting to feel baby kicks/movements, which is pretty great.
4. Are you finding out/already know the sex of your child(ren) or are you team green? If you know, what is the sex of your child(ren) and how did you find out? We are finding out this Saturday and I am really excited! We had our elective u/s done this past Saturday and had the tech write it down in an envelope. We are taking that envelope and a big decorated box to our local party store this evening. They are going to fill it with the corresponding color balloons and we will pick it up on Saturday to be opened at the little reveal party we are having with our families and close friends.
5. GTKY: Aside from food, water, and shelter, what one thing could you not go a day without? Hands down this would have to be my family. I could not live without them.
Me: 25, DH: 28, Baby #1 Due: April 30, 2015
Team BLUE!!
2. Any updates or upcoming appointments? Have our 3D/4D U/S tomorrow.
3. Symptoms? Concerns? Rants? Raves?
I've been cramping a lot more at night. Other than that just tired.
4. Are you finding out/already know the sex of your child(ren) or are you team green? If you know, what is the sex of your child(ren) and how did you find out?
We found we are expecting a baby boy. So excited. We found out at a OB appt. Which is also the day we found out we are further along then what I was originally told.
5. GTKY: Aside from food, water, and shelter, what one thing could you not go a day without?
1. How many weeks are you? EDD? Fruit? I'm 19 weeks and it's mango this week which sounds delish!
2. Any updates or upcoming appointments? I have my a/s scan on the 1st. Pretty excited even though we already know the sex.
3. Symptoms? Concerns? Rants? Raves? I had the flu shot at my doctor appointment on Tuesday and I wake up this morning with a stuffy nose and sore throat. I'm not sure if the 2 are related but I would love to feel normal again. I'm such a whiny baby when I'm sick!
4. Are you finding out/already know the sex of your child(ren) or are you team green? If you know, what is the sex of your child(ren) and how did you find out? We found out a few weeks ago. It's a boy. We took our two girls to the ultrasound place with us and we all found out together.
5. GTKY: Aside from food, water, and shelter, what one thing could you not go a day without? Chapstick. Couldn't live without it!
2. No more appointments till my 24 week one, a/s looked good, just gotta get another u/s at 28 weeks to check on a low lying placenta
3. DH and I both woke up with a sore throat and congestion today, I really hope it is just a cold. Fortunately we have both had our flu shots but lord knows there are plenty of other nasty viruses out there.
4. Found out it's a boy at the a/s! So excited!
5. GTKY: I can't decide between internet and coffee. Both are part of my morning routine and I am VERY much a creature of habit.
Me-24~~ DH-25~~Married 6/15/2013~~Pregnant with our first due April 2, 2015~ Septate/ Bicornuate/Arcuate /some kind of not-normal uterus- won't know for sure which one till after babe is born~~Hoping for a full term baby!
1. How many weeks are you? EDD? Fruit? 20 Weeks! 4/9! Banana. I don't think the fruit are a good indication of the size of the baby.
2. Any updates or upcoming appointments? Tuesday Is my a/s and 20 week appt.
3. Symptoms? Concerns? Rants? Raves? No symptoms really. Back issues are getting better with chiro visits. Hadn't felt the baby since sometime yesterday but he's moving around now. I hate that movements aren't so consistent yet. I really don't like movements.
4. Are you finding out/already know the sex of your child(ren) or are you team green? If you know, what is the sex of your child(ren) and how did you find out? Boy! We did an early elective ultrasound at 16 weeks.
5. GTKY: Aside from food, water, and shelter, what one thing could you not go a day without? I don't know. I think I could go a day without anything if I had the basics.
ETA: I'm going to steal @mudlover and go with chapstick. I definitly need chapstick daily.
Appointments: we had an elective u/s last week. Anatomy scan isn't until 12/9 which seems like a loooong way away.
Symptoms, rants: I feel like once I stop worrying about one thing, I start worrying about the next. Now I'm worried about the anatomy scan going well. I love my 3d u/s pic, but yeaterday I thought her head looked HUGE, and that got me worrying (I'm trying to stay off the Google!). I think I'll breathe a sigh of relief when I know she's developing normally.
Team: at our elective last week we had the tech write it down, then brought it to the bakery. We had a reveal party Friday night and it was one of the most exciting nights of my life. I want to re-live it. :-)
1. How many weeks are you? EDD? Fruit? 19w. April 16th. Mango.
2. Any updates or upcoming appointments? Updated my last ticker change post, but I found out yesterday that my genetic blood testing is negative. Next appointment is my A/S ultrasound on December 2nd.
3. Symptoms? Concerns? Rants? Raves? Same as last ticker change. Stretching pains, hard time getting to sleep, and wanting to sleep all day.
4. Are you finding out/already know the sex of your child(ren) or are you team green? If you know, what is the sex of your child(ren) and how did you find out? Finding out either at the A/S ultrasound or at our elective ultrasound on December 18th.
5. GTKY: Aside from food, water, and shelter, what one thing could you not go a day without? My husband and close family (including my dogs).
1. How many weeks are you? EDD? Fruit? 18w 4/23 Sweet potato
2. Any updates or upcoming appointments? A/S ultrasound on Dec 4 so still waiting, but excited to have finally started my Centering Pregnancy appointments!
3. Symptoms? Concerns? Rants? Raves? Sleep has been really crummy lately and much more stretch pain than previous weeks. Otherwise, ok.
4. Are you finding out/already know the sex of your child(ren) or are you team green? If you know, what is the sex of your child(ren) and how did you find out? Hopefully finding out at the A/S, planning to take it home in an envelope and open on my husband's birthday two days later.

5. GTKY: Aside from food, water, and shelter, what one thing could you not go a day without? A hot shower, I like being clean.
Hi ladies, I never seem to catch the ticker change thread on thursdays, but I made a point to find it today! I hope you'll have me!
1. How many weeks are you? EDD? Fruit? 18 wks, EDD 4/23, sweet tater!
2. Any updates or upcoming appointments? tomorrow AM I meet with nutritionist and GD specialist to go over taking my blood sugars daily and monitor as they're concerned about my elevated sugars, but I'm not technically GD. Next wednesday we have our A/S!
3. Symptoms? Concerns? Rants? Raves? I *think* I am starting to feel the lil tater moving around a bit more. It's more than just butterflies now, but I haven't been able to feel anything from the outside yet. Midwife says I'm measuring ahead by almost 2 weeks based on fundal height and seeing as DH is 6'7" it's likely we might have a slightly big baby. Also think I experienced a BH contraction last night, tight in my tummy and sharp in my back when I tried to breath, lasted just about 30 seconds and went away when I moved. that was odd for a FTM wasn't expecting that so early!
4. Are you finding out/already know the sex of your child(ren) or are you team green? If you know, what is the sex of your child(ren) and how did you find out? We are hoping to find out next week at the A/S.
5. GTKY: Aside from food, water, and shelter, what one thing could you not go a day without? I dunno, food, water & shelter pretty much cover it for me...aside from clothes. I'm not really one for regular nudity, I get too cold to quickly.
1. How many weeks are you? EDD? Fruit? 17 weeks, EDD 4/30, an onion
2. Any updates or upcoming appointments? Our anatomy scan is in three weeks, and I'm nervous and excited!
3. Symptoms? Concerns? Rants? Raves? Symptoms - still having the absolute worst acne of my whole life. Silly concern - I had an u/s at 15 weeks because of severe cramping. Everything checked out fine (thank God!) and the tech was even able to determine the sex (another boy!). But a girlfriend, who is admittedly NOT an ultrasound tech but IS the mother of six children thus has seen many ultrasounds, didn't think it looked like a boy. I REALIZE THIS IS A RIDICULOUS THING TO WORRY ABOUT. The baby is healthy, I don't really care what kind of genitalia he or she has. But I'm looking forward to receiving confirmation at the anatomy scan.
4. Are you finding out/already know the sex of your child(ren) or are you team green? If you know, what is the sex of your child(ren) and how did you find out?
(See above)
5. GTKY: Aside from food, water, and shelter, what one thing could you not go a day without? Well , my husband and son, but probably also make up. Yes, I am that vain lol.
1) 18 weeks, 4/23, sweet potato
2) no more appointments until December.
3) Rant-- I am having an asthma exacerbation because of the cold weather, so I feel like I'm breathing through a straw. Finally broke down and started my inhaler even though it's pregnancy class C. Rave-- met one of my best friend's 1 day old little baby girl today! She was 6lbs and perfect. My baby fever was raging
4) It's a boy-- found out from blood work a few weeks ago when our NT scan was abnormal. Thankfully all was fine.
5) I am with @MudLover and @redneckmomma25 on Chapstick. Specifically, intensive care Vaseline. I am so addicted.
