Saline U/S Results

Good news.....RE said everything looked great and normal. I also have a follicle at 17.5 and when it's 18 I'm ovulating. He said I should be ovulating sometime tomorrow night or Thursday. He said next to nothing chance of TTC naturally but we should try if we'd like starting tomorrow night and through the weekend. He also said doing this saline U/S can up my chances of pregnancy naturally a tiny bit. Bad news....AMH is at 1.0 which is low. He said my eggs are like a women in her late 30's. Devastating to hear. We need a couple more bloodwork's DH and I are scheduled for a consultation Dec 16th. He also said we're going straight to IVF no IUI possible at all based on. DH's counts. The RE said the Andrologist got the SA counts wrong. He's at 16K not 20k.

I hope IVF is exactly what his swimmers and your ovaries need!! Hope your RE plans an excellent protocol to help you get a great number of mature eggs.

Thank you ladies for your kind words and support. I left today from my RE appointment actually happy which has been rare for me. I don't know maybe I'm feeling optimistic about the help we'll need. I vent on here because well a lot of friends and family don't know what we're going through. All of you ladies are all the support I have with this infertility besides my DH.As for ketchup I have put her on ignore. This forum should be open and supportive with open arms and not negative Debbie Downers.

Is this what I have to look forward to when I start taking IVF injections being off my rocker like this? Lol thanks for the forewarning. I'll be looking into acupuncture so that I'm not harassing others through online chat boards.

(Lurking from Infertility- sorry I've never intro'ed, but I have to respond).

OP- this is way out of line. The ladies on this board, and the board itself, have established guidelines. The main thing you will see on ANY board is you need to GIVE support to receive it.

There has been very little response in you XP on IF in case you haven't noticed. I had the exact same thoughts as these ladies when I read your post there, and I'm sure some others did to. I just chose to ignore, but @iPutKetchupOnKetchup‌ summed up my thoughts perfectly.

Please reconsider dragging this post on. We are all here with the same goal. If you want to continue to receive support, please give it. These girls have also been through enough shit. They do not need to be harassed.

I have reported all of you. My RE is one of the best in the state of Illinois. If he's communicating my eggs are of someone in their late 30's I'm going to be honest about it and say it. I don't sugar coat things =P~

Thank you all of you catty women who are backing each other up for my honesty. That's ok though this is why I have more guy friends the female friends. Women are bitches including all of you causing me drama for no reason. I thought I could be optimistic and honest on here but obviously I cannot. This is not support this is harassment and it's enough drama as it is going through infertility let alone dealing with catty women. I'm done with the bump until i get my BFP which will be soon while all of you can sit here and be bitter for the rest of your life. I have my DH for support and based on your awful attitudes this shows he is all I need.

If he is the best in Illinios, why would he think that your AMH level is an indication of egg quality. As a woman who's in her late 30s I was highly offended and I guess if I go to "the best in Illinois" he will tell me I have great quality eggs based on my AMH. I would run out of his office if he made this assumption.

I don't think anyone is asking you to sugarcoat things but if your doctor said this to you that's fine but why feel the need to share it with the rest of us. Because contrary to what you and your doctor think not all women in their late 30s have a low AMH.

As PP have stated this is a community not your personal blog. If you just want to have "verbal diarrhea" then check into journaling or writing a blog. But why try to belittle other community members with false information.

AWE MAN! I missed all the drama... I didn't even get to get pretend blocked? My whole week is ruined.

BTW: OP I can totally feel for you with those old eggs you got. I mean I am actually in my late 30's and it completely stung when you made that comment. I thought I was being over sensitive but then someone else kind of validated what I was feeling! So... um yeah. Also, my emotions have nothing to do with medications.

I wish I knew what AW and GBCB means.

This is what I see when I come to the bump and witness the amazing support of the 3T ladies.

CHAMPIONS. they may not have won their battle yet but they are standing shoulder to shoulder lifting each other up when all they want to do it lay down. We are fighters because that is what it takes.

They are my sisters. (Ladies I am sorry I am so quite. there was a post once from a lady complaining about how it is so much harder for her then anyone else and it shut me down. I just haven't recovered) I am proud to be here with them. I couldn't ask to share this journey with better people. It sucks to have IF issues but I am still proud to be here and witness their strength and dignity.

OP you did something that you shouldn't. You tore others down while trying to life yourself up. And when you were confronted on this you acted like a child.

Shame shame.

I wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt and stood up for you when you were AWing all over the place - it started to make me wonder if you were doing it on purpose to start drama, especially with the repeat mentions of age-related things - but it really hurts when people say things like this on the community that I rely on for support. There's a very real chance that I or any other woman on here may end up childless not by choice, so it's just impossible to comprehend how someone could say something like this. Ketchup's accusations, while bluntly stated, were quite an accurate description of your posting habits, habits which genuinely flew in the face of the community's healthy norms. I can't understand why you would choose anger and mean lashing out in response. I really hope that your IF journey ends soon, but I also hope that before it ends you choose to get some perspective.

Shooooot!! I missed this too! I wouldn't have commented, but I would have enjoyed watching this unfold while it was happening. Team 3T here, too, obviously! I always laugh when people huff and stomp out of this community insulting our ladies because if you do things appropriately you get nothing but amazingness and support and sunshine.
