Boots for DS

So my child has decided that a size 9 is not big enough for winter boots because I can't get his chunky feet in them. I bought 3 pairs and thankfully second hand so I'm hoping to resell for the same price. In the mean time he needs a pair or 2. We're in the UP of Michigan so it's COLD. Like 10* currently so I need something that'll withstand that. I'm also looking for a pair that has a zip or velcro in the front for easy on/off and detachable liner for easy drying! He'll be in a flippin 10! Thanks ladies!

James wore Teva zip up boots when we went to MI last winter. I liked them but the liner doesn't come out. This year I just got liners for their Hunters to wear in the slush/cold rain. Leo can put them on and off himself. Not sure if that would be warm enough for you though.

Thanks hmp. I asked on FB too and everyone suggested Kamik's. I'd never heard of them. Found them on Amazon and they are on their way Thursday. Thank you Prime! FX they work. I don't think the Hunters would be warm enough for up here. We get very cold. Yuck!

We used these last winter too and the kept her feet warm during the 'polar vortex'.

Thanks @AKB090609 that's similar to what I was thinking. I found a pair of Kamik's on Amazon so I ordered those. I wish the kids feet would stay put for a bit. I can't keep up with the growing!

I'll give these a shot if the others don't work.

I plan to get my boys Sorel for the NYC snow and Hunter's for the rainy days.
